Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 June 2026

These terms govern your use of Command, operated by Maison Sacko. By using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

The service

Command is a personal operating system for a company of one — a private place to run your money, your work, and your day, including branded invoices and quotes. We provide it as-is and may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Acceptable use

When you use Command, you agree not to:

  • Break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
  • Use it to send spam, or to create unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Your content is yours

You own everything you create in Command. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host, process, and show your content back to you, and to produce the documents and emails you ask for. We claim no ownership of your work, and we don’t use it to train anything.

You are responsible for what you send

The invoices, quotes, and emails you send to your clients are yours. You’re responsible for their accuracy and for having the right to contact your clients and process their details.

Membership and payment

Command is currently offered in early access, including a private on-device demo. When paid membership launches, the price, billing terms, and any refund policy will be shown to you clearly before you pay, and added to these terms.

Third-party services

Connecting Google is optional and also governed by Google’s own terms. Emails you send are delivered through our email provider. We’re not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

Availability

We aim for a reliable, always-available service, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and we’ll try to minimise disruption.

Not financial advice

Command helps you organise and see your finances. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. The numbers and projections are tools to think with — verify your own figures and obligations, and consult a qualified professional where needed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Command is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or for decisions you make using the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Ending your use

You can stop using Command and delete your account and all its data at any time, from Settings. We may suspend or end access for accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law and the law of the European Union. Disputes are subject to the competent courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we’ll bring them to your attention. Continuing to use Command after a change means you accept the updated terms.
