This policy explains when and how you can get a refund for a Command membership. Command is operated by Maison Sacko; payments are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. If anything here is unclear, write to us at rajsacko@gmail.com.
If Command isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment — for any reason. No forms, no friction: write to us and we’ll refund you in full.
The annual membership renews automatically each year. You can cancel renewal at any time, from your account or by writing to us — cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
If you’re charged for a renewal you didn’t intend, tell us within 30 days of that charge and we’ll refund it, provided you haven’t made substantial use of the new period.
The Founding membership is a one-time payment for lifetime access. It’s covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days it is non-refundable, because lifetime access has been granted in full.
Email us at rajsacko@gmail.com from the address on your account, or contact Paddle — our Merchant of Record — directly. Tell us which membership you bought; within the 14-day window we don’t ask for a reason.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paddle. They’re usually issued within 5 business days; how quickly the money appears then depends on your bank or card provider.
Nothing here limits your mandatory rights as a consumer. If you’re in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days. Where you ask us to begin your membership immediately, that statutory right ends once the service has been fully performed — but our 30-day money-back guarantee above still applies either way.
